They and the other polluters should be made to pay the medical bills for their victims.

This sounds like an out of court settlement to side step guilt.

Either that or caution in the title to avoid legal action.


Since this is not the first time that this happens... what does that mean? Are the environmental requirements delusional, and virtually impossible to meet with today's ICE tech? Or does that mean that these companies just don't give a damn?

If the former, then we should think about changing the regulations. If the latter, the fine should be at least a 100 times bigger, and should be recurring weekly...
