Great discussion, I agree with most of the points being made. That being said, I've spent the last 15 years building $1B+ businesses that digitally transform construction & manufacturing and my co-founder built a $1B+ GC-fabricator. We see a huge opportunity for software to transform prefab & construction especially around affordable housing. Besides putting our money where our mouth is through our company www.raap.builders we also have agreements with some major logos/partners.
