You have to know what type of person you are. If you love solving problems and bringing something new to the market, then don't stick to any technology like a religion, they are just tools, and a means to an end.

If you like coding as a hobby, then feel free to fall in love with the technology, but realize you might not be taking the best path to creating something useful or solving problems.
