I don't get drunk train drivers speeding down my street at 3 am and I've never seen a bus suddenly back out of a parking lot or driveway without looking.

Correctly designed transit and trucking has very few conflict points (ie. none on a grade separated metro or proper RBT) and many many fewer vehicles.

Cars represent unique dangers which are made significantly worse by size, speed, and mass. It is very difficult to kill someone in a 20-30mph LEV which weighs 100-400kg

You're still just accounting for one or two variables. Which is pretty much how all discussions online go, so I'm not sure why I'm wasting my time.

Well by which variables does manipulating markets to make small vehicles uncompetitive (or outright ban them) and having public policy designed to make non-car travel as difficult as possible make anyone's life better?

No idea, but that's changing the subject.
