Vietnamese people have also seem to have embraced American culture wholeheartedly. The gastronomic results of the mix have been fantastic. Vietnamese food is already amazing but there are now a ton of food joints that use Vietnamese flavors and southern style bbq techniques for some truly spectacular results.

I have had Vietnamese, I have had BBQs. And I loved both. Now, my mouth is watering for BBQ with Vietnamese flavor.
