The second these become available at a reasonable price, I am buying one. I suffer from chronic migraines and the difference in the way that I feel on days I have to look at a monitor all day (workdays) vs the days I don't is very large. On the weekends/evenings I read on an old gen 2 kindle and it doesn't cause any discomfort at all.


If it's that bad, the current price is reasonable. I'd just make sure you list it as a working expense on your taxes.

Do you wear LED blocking glasses?


I do indeed! They help quite a bit. I'll have to look into that, thanks for the suggestion.


Maybe get a doctor's note too. It will help offset the cost if it's treated as something medically needed.


That's a good idea. If I'm formally diagnosed with computer vision syndrome or something similar, I bet I could use a fsa card to buy it.
