Not sure what's up with all the 99designs bashing. I used them twice so far and you get what you pay for. Sometimes you're lucky and get a lot more.

fast, cheap, good quality. Pick two.

99designs is for when you need just the first two. Choosing these can often be a reasonable choice for a lot of cases.
