Humans are still politicians, judges, CEOs, generals. They even still play chess! All those successful forms of AI are narrow, not the AGI of science fiction (like Data, Skynet, HAL) or Ray Kurzweil predictions. AI is a tool humans use to extend human capabilities. It always has been. Maybe someday it will be something more.
