But this has no real SSD. Back to external SSD like on Apple devices?

Awesome writeup! I wonder whether with a real contact mic (Korg offers one for about 20 bucks) you could get much better results. Due to no 3,5mm on phones anymore it might be easier to use a sound-enabled SBC though.

This is definitely the way. Even the old wired mics Apple phones used to ship with that had the little rectangle mic works better because you can press it right up against the case back.

That will rebuild the cache from upstream but not reproducibly.

Yes, e.g. for AWS it pays off to have a look at the 'CoreMark Score' column at https://instances.vantage.sh/

If you need more power check out the AX line of dedicated servers: https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/matrix-ax/

Please tell us why we should.

Because it's a solved problem

Just an update re German toilets: No toilet set up in the last 30 years (I know of) uses a shelf anymore. This reduces water usage by about 50% per flush.

But then what do you have to talk about all day??!

Good context. They're commenting only on why are they increasing some setup fees though, not justifying their existence. The Hetzner setup fees were in place already before the RAM price hike.

Your Github page should show your HW setup (even if it does not prove anything...)

Thanks, that's a good point. I completely forgot to add the specs to the readme

For context, I built this on my local rig (RTX 3080 10GB, Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM).

I also tested the backend on Lightning AI (T4 GPU) to make sure it wasn't just working on my machine. I'll update the readme now.
