Can you explain if every startup is accepted or not? In the link it states "Last year, over 13,000 companies applied to participate in Startup School, and 95 YC alumni volunteered their time to advise over 2,800 of those companies participating across 141 countries." How many companies will be accepted this year? Or do all applications get accepted?
Opposing player on Second base could see the sign from the catcher and then sign his own back to dugout or player.
Player batting can see his own dugout or his own third base/first base manager and easily receive a signal from them.
As is now all major broadcasts easily show the catcher's sign and it can easily be decoded back to his pitches. Without the use of cheating you could only really get the signs today by having a player of your own on second base.

Alexa is not a reliable source for traffic reporting. It is based on toolbar installs and potentially some A9 advertising data.
Why would traffic matter at all? If NYTimes wanted more ad page views they would just remove the 10 article cap on US traffic. If this was a chance at them trying to pad traffic numbers then any US based advertiser would easily see the origin of the traffic and not pay for it.
It could simply imply it's "illegal" due to the contract those publisher sign with the SSPs and Exchanges that clear their inventory. i.e. "; iv) create "forced visit" traffic; v) create invisible or nested IFrames loading pages or ads; vi) intentionally falsify clicks: vii) modify or obscure display of ads; viii) fraudulently generate requests or clicks; or ix) use any means of artificially generating ad impressions or clicks, including third-party services such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, auto-surf, and click-exchange programs."
